The property at 7 Pearl Pde was restored by the vendors.

“It was not an absolute beachfront though, which can mean the different of over a million dollars in Pearl Beach. I would call this type of property a beachfront reserve.”

According to RP Data, the owner of the property was Sydney businessman John White, who purchased the property in 2008 for . $1.685 million.

“Ten years ago, it was just an old fibro shack. The owners completely rebuilt it, and it’s just beautiful. The buyers are planning to live there as far as I’m aware,” Mr Gan said.
