The property wraps around the swimming pool at the rear of the property.

“It has been a big turnout with a lot of local buyers looking to upsize to a larger home,” he said.

Mr Walker said there had also been interest from northern beaches and other out-of-area buyers.

“Buyers are liking the location, with the home on one of the best streets in Wahroonga,” he said.

Up to four parties have indicated strong interest in the lead up to the auction.

The outdoor space is a decent size for entertaining.

Mr Walker said all buyers would have to do is move in, with no work required.

“The home has been renovated to the highest standard,” he said.

The gated property has two levels, with the second story set aside for the main bedroom, which has a private balcony.

The main level has a large open floor plan with bedroom separated from the living area.

Amenities include gas cooking, underfloor heating, two ensuite bedrooms (not including the main bedroom) and a swimming pool.

According to CoreLogic, the home was last traded in 2014 for $2.7 million.
