aston martin unveils images of its signature collection penthouses at its residences in miami. defined by its soft, fluid geometry, the tower will stand as a new landmark along the miami waterfront. the collection comprises seven penthouses and 38 ‘line 01’ ocean facing residences, which the team describes as ‘a personal invitation to the ultimate members-only community with unparalleled access and exclusivity at its core.’ construction of the residential luxury tower is expected to complete at the end of 2022.

the aston martin residences in miami will stand as a blend of contemporary architecture and art. the overall volume of the luxury development is designed to recall the form of a sail, celebrating its oceanfront site. toward the interior, the residences are curated to express an atmosphere that is elegant and harmonious, opening outward with floor to ceiling windows that look to uninterrupted views of the ocean and biscayne bay.
the seven one-level penthouses of the aston martin signature collection in miami will be available from $16.7 million to $25 million. these penthouses will start from the 56th floor and will be available upon completion at the end of next year. the 38 ‘line 01’ residences, starting on the 15th floor, will start at $5,525,000. signature collection owners will enjoy priority access to the private superyacht marina, while an art gallery on the 52nd floor will create a secluded space for residents to appreciate an ever-changing canvas of contemporary art.
