Hidden between rocks, forest, and ocean, this tiny guest house transforms just 10 square meters into a surprising architectural experience.
Designed by WaCa Design with Julia Kosciuk, the Rochas Floridas Guest House sits on a rocky hillside in Governador Celso Ramos, Brazil. Instead of expanding outward, the project creates a sequence of spaces — a bridge, a terrace overlooking the sea, a spiral staircase around a palm tree, and a small cube suspended above the rocks.
Inside, reclaimed steel beams, wood structures, and modern Brazilian design pieces create a compact but deeply atmospheric space.
This project proves that architecture doesn’t need size to create powerful experiences.
