SpY’s Cycles N2 creates A Suspended Field of Moving Perception
Set in Kazan, Russia, CYCLES N2 is a suspended kinetic installation by SpY composed of fifteen rings moving vertically through space. Each element operates as an autonomous unit within a choreographed system of movement, light, and sound. In constant transformation, the work unfolds as a continuously evolving ensemble: the rings, seemingly weightless, rise and descend at different rhythms, generating shifting configurations that transform the perception of the whole.

SpY Rewrites Space Through a floating Kinetic Light installation
The superposition of the rings, together with variations in movement, scale, depth, and viewpoint, generates an ever-changing perception of the installation, composed by Spanish urban artist SpY. Through precise choreographies, light travels across the circumferences, revealing ephemeral configurations that continuously transform the experience and perception of space.
