There are a lot of new modular home companies entering the offsite construction space right now and we can add luxury home builder to that list. A company in Maine just expanded their offering by adding prefab homes under the name Prefab Pods. The addition is a response to a change in regulations in Maine allowing for an addition dwelling or ADU on property.
