Orca LGS just released their first Prefab Home Pod called the Sandpiper. They’re shaking things up in the Modular Home space with a new approach they refer to as a pop up factory. With their pop up factory they can produce homes for the site or to be moved and this is their first home built to be moved. It’s a 418 square foot studio with a modern exterior that’s designed to be an ADU. In this video I find out the idea for the home, check out some of the features and tour the layout.
