What a surprise! This PREFAB HOME is less than Expected!!

I posted a video about a park model in the fall of 2023 and there was a lot of speculation on price. People assumed that just because the pricing wasn’t listed online that it must be overpriced. I made my way down to Spanish Fork, Utah and had a chance to talk to the plant manager. It turns out the home in question is less than a few of the more popular comments with a base price of $75,000.00 In this video a have a closer look at Irontown Modular, a company located near Salt Lake City with a line of very cool looking homes.
