There is a new company bringing their prefab homes to market in America. With a steel frame and modern look they’re promoting a 5-6 month turnaround depending on reservation type. The company I’m talking about is called Termotex, a prefab company from Panama that is now offering modular homes. In this video I look at who they are, what they offer and their reservation process.
