A new steel frame prefab home has just been finished and is on display on the West Coast where I was able to get the first look. The home is 15 wide by 29 feet long with a total foot print of 435 square feet with a front living room. The home was build by Orca LGS, a company based in Comox that deliver to both Canada and the USA. In this video I check out the home and point out some of the features.
