This house sits on a compact urban lot in Bengaluru, India. But it does not behave like a simple closed box.
Badari Residence, by Cadence, transforms a tight site into a layered home filled with screens, curves, double-height spaces, internal bridges, patios, terraces, and expressive materials.
The façade mixes solid volumes, fluid forms, wooden screens, balconies, and deep openings.
Inside, the social area opens vertically through a double-height space, while bridges and upper balconies keep the levels visually connected. Wood brings warmth, raw marble adds weight, terracotta frames key moments, and gardens soften the intensity of the composition.
It is not a quiet house. It is a house built through contrast, movement, and layers.
