Articulated Around the Concept of the “Piazza” | San Josep Villas

The San Josep Villas, designed by Studio MK27 in the Mediterranean, blend modern architecture with traditional elements. Spread across a 33,000-square-meter site, the residences respect the local topography, opening up to infinite landscapes and integrating seamlessly with nature. Private patios, reimagined mashrabiya screens, and thick white walls provide comfort and privacy, while interiors featuring Scandinavian furniture and natural materials create a harmonious dialogue with the surroundings.
