Adrian Bridges and Nick Dunn, agents with the newly relaunched LJ Hooker Avnu, said several registered bidders were expected on the day.
“We’ve had over a 100 groups through the door and 18 contracts issued so far,” Mr Bridges said.
“We’ve seen a good mix of first home buyers and investors show interest.”
The unit has been owned by its current owner for 15 years, when it last exchanged hands in 2003 for $590,000, according to CoreLogic data.
The two-bedroom apartment has a bathroom and a single car space on title.
The living and dining room opens up to a large balcony, where you will find the million dollar views of Sydney Harbour looking out to the eastern suburbs.
Recently renovated, the unit has fresh contemporary interiors, while the kitchen is gas-powered.
The main bedroom has its own private balcony facing to the west.
It is a few minutes walk to Military Rd.
The unit is set to go to auction on Saturday at 3pm.
