Inside a Cottage Style PREFAB HOME with Features I have Never Seen!!

This cottage style prefab home is packed with features some of which I haven’t seen before. Last week I was at the international builders show in Las Vegas checking out a few of the homes and there was lots to see. One of the units I saw was called the Malibu from Cavco and it was a very cool build with lots of unique options. This was a park model with a total foot print of 540 square feet that had an indoor/outdoor kitchen allowing it to have a larger footprint than normal.
