Orca LGS recently finished two Modular Homes that will be shipped out in days. Before they did I was able to get a sneak peak and quick tour of their Nightingale Model. The Nightingale is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom steel frame prefab home with dimensions of 16 feet wide by 50 feet long for a total foot print of 800 square feet.
