A couple days ago California based prefab home builder Cover announced a new line of homes that will be more affordable for buyers. This is a trend that I’ve been noticing lately where companies standardize their offering in some way shape or form to make the builds more efficient and allowing them to lower costs. Cover just released their line of two homes on their website in both 1 and 2 bedroom models. In this video I look at cover, their new model line and their pricing.
