I Went to see an ADU in Austin and it’s one of the Coolest PREFAB HOMES in the Country!

There is a stacked prefab home in Austin, Texas that was built as an ADU. The property owners had previously lived in the main house but wanted to downsize so they added a secondary dwelling in the backyard. The home was built by Aura Prefab and Hospitality in Houston Texas and the model is called the Terrace 900. The terrace 900 is a 2 bedroom 1 and a half bathroom prefab home with the living space/kitchen on the main floor and the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
