The Pierre is a modern house designed to integrate with the rocky landscape, celebrating the materiality of the site. Nestled into a stone outcropping, the residence uses stone, a green roof, and surrounding foliage, almost disappearing into nature from certain angles. The house features an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining, and living area, along with a master suite carved directly into the rock. Excavation marks and natural materials were preserved and repurposed, creating a contrast between the rustic elements and the luxurious interior finishes.
