415 Gundrys Rd, Bellbrae has ample space for a family.
SPACE and privacy for kids to grow up on away from the city’s hustle and bustle is what sold this Bellbrae property to a Melbourne family.
The sprawling 8ha property at 415 Gundrys Rd sold for $1.25 million.
Great Ocean Properties, Torquay agent Marty Maher said the young family would be relocating from Melbourne to the property.

The initial price guide for the property was $1.3 million to $1.4 million.
Mr Maher said he dropped the price a little bit and the inspection rates really lifted.
The three-bedroom house has been fully refurbished inside and out and includes a north-facing living zone that flows outside to a veranda that wraps around three sides of the house.
