Because of this he said it was more challenging to sell the property, however finally managed to secure a sale for $990,000.
The property was first listed for sale in October, 2017 with price hopes of $1 million to $1.1 million, according to CoreLogic.
Mr Caldwell said the Geelong buyers were planning on living there permanently.
He added the campaign was delayed a little bit as it had sold subject to the sale of another property but that sale didn’t go through so this came back on the market.
The 1.78ha property has its own lake stocked with brown and rainbow trout and a modern four-bedroom house with a galley style kitchen and Coonara heater in the huge open-plan living area.
The property also has a large storage shed and two fenced horse paddocks.
