The house at 38 The Avenue is 90 per cent complete, according to Fletchers, Queenscliff agent Charles Caldwell.
“It has a certificate of occupancy but the bathroom wasn’t finished and wardrobes weren’t fitted out,” Mr Caldwell said.

Because of this he said it was more challenging to sell the property, however finally managed to secure a sale for $990,000.
The property was first listed for sale in October, 2017 with price hopes of $1 million to $1.1 million, according to CoreLogic.
