The Melbourne family has secured 1 Noble St, Barwon Heads for $1.885 million after falling in love with the Evolva Architects and Ashley Crowe designed and built house.

“Because they have three kids, having a block of 652sq m in Barwon Heads is pretty decent,” Mr Turner said.

“They were attracted to the block size, the house size and the location.”
