Is it wall art or is it an acoustic solution? With its latest innovation, 3form makes it hard to tell. Introducing the new high-resolution, high-tech capabilities on acoustic felt, 3form Elements enables commercial designers to explore endless possibilities for sound dampening. This advancement not only enhances acoustics, but transforms plain walls into vibrant, functional art. “At 3form, we never want to limit our own color palette or a designer’s creativity,” reflects Ryan Smith, 3form’s Chief Creative Officer. “So we set forth to expand our capabilities across our acoustic portfolio, ensuring that color is at the forefront to match the creative visions of the design community.”

To demonstrate the vast options available with this new technology, the brand is debuting an assortment of patterns for their Hush Clad range, an award-winning wall cladding acoustic solution. The intricate patterns, which include four wood grains, five color gradients (Early Twilight, Summer Sunset, Autumn, Ocean Wave, and Desert Sky), and two stone designs (Marble and Quartz), demonstrate 3form’s ability to print even the smallest details and variances within a design. Using water-based ink, 3form Elements prints directly on Sola Felt, a material made up of 50% post-consumer recycled plastic.

New bevel-cut options in 3form’s Deco Warm and Deco Cool patterns add a distinct sense of texture and depth, enhancing their visual appeal. These designs, paired with 3form’s innovative printing capability, further expand the range of creative possibilities. Wood panels become more realistic to the eye and graphic patterns get an added layer of layer of dimension, transforming them into standout features within any commercial space.
