Modern Modular just delivered a new 1200 square foot prefab home on a full basement. This was a rare opportunity for me to check out a prefab home that had just been delivered and as a bonus the property has an unbelievable view. Vegetation also plays a protagonist role in the design of this house, both outdoors and indoors. The exterior trees enclose the house generating distinct tons of shades and colours during the different seasons of the year.
